Michele Johnson
Managing Director, Talent Solutions
Michele serves as a founding member and Director of Talent Solutions for RTS. While her client base and candidate reach is nation-wide, Ms. Johnson primarily caters to the Washington DC Metropolitan Area companies. Prior to launching RTS, Michele served as the National Manager of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Reznick Group (RTS parent company).
Unlike many search professionals, Michele adds direct industry experience to her credentials. During the course of Michele’s 17 year professional career, she spent over 6 years as a senior consultant in the Big 4, providing accounting, finance, and systems support services to clients in the federal and commercial space; served as a “Headhunter”/Director of Staffing for a national and regional search firm; served as a finance and accounting staffing specialist for a Fortune 50 company; and served as the National Manager of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for the 17th largest public accounting firm in the nation (Reznick Group, RTS’s parent company).
Michele holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Masters degree in Business from Johns Hopkins University. She has lived and worked in the DC metropolitan area since graduating from college in 1990.
