Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, MBA or CPA is desirable
• 7+ years of related experience; prior experience in the financial services industry preferred, International experience a plus!
• Strong financial analysis skills, solid financial systems background (Excel, Hyperion, SAP etc.), working familiarity financial business processes.
• Project Management and leadership skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively to Senior Management
• Thinks globally and incisively, taking a broad view of the full range of variables that could impact the success of the organization
• Potential travel 5-10%

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for these positions, candidates must possess the following:
- BS/BA required; accounting or finance degree a plus!
- Minimum 1-2 years recruitment, consulting, or accounting experience (will consider new college graduates that possess an accounting or finance degree and seek a career in recruiting)
- Finance and accounting recruitment experience desired
- Knowledge of finance and accounting technical skills and functions
- Consulting and business development experience desired
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competitive spirit with a strong dedication to achieving results
